The Landlord Partnership Program

The Landlord Partnership Program (LPP) is a benefit to landlords who may be wary of renting to individuals and families holding a Special Purpose Voucher relating to homelessness who may not have rental history or good credit.
The LPP is to help preserve the investment of a participating landlord while ensuring safe, affordable housing for someone in need.

To be eligible for the LPP claim, the individual or family must be aided under the special purpose voucher relating to homelessness.
